In 2001, while stationed in Daegu, South Korea, Dr. Johnson began attending the Camp Walker Collective Protestant Gospel Service where she was exposed to strong apostolic and prophetic teaching. During that season she also received spiritual mentorship from Bishop Kendall and Pastor LaYona Washington of Faith Temple Christian Center International, who poured significantly into her spiritual development.

While stationed in Korea, she served faithfully in several ministry roles including the Usher Ministry, Choir, Hospitality Ministry, Praise and Worship Team, and the Youth Department where she served as both Assistant Director and Director. She also served in the Sunday School Department as a teacher for both youth and adults.

As God continued to cultivate her calling, she later served at New Dimensional Christian Ministry at Camp Henry where she acknowledged the call of God upon her life and united with the Holy Deliverance Church of God Foundation of Truth. Under the leadership of Apostle Bennie L. Kelly, she was ordained as a Minister in 2004 and later ordained as an Evangelist in 2005.
In 2007, after seeking the Lord concerning her calling, Dr. Johnson received deeper understanding through the scriptures in Jeremiah chapters 1–3 and began to recognize the prophetic mantle upon her life. In 2011 she was licensed in prophetic ministry and continues to walk in the Office of the Prophet as the Lord has ordained.

In 2016 she was ordained as a Pastor during a season of ministry leadership and development. Over the years, God has continued to refine and direct her calling as she serves according to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

"Lord, if You can use anything, use me to exhort, comfort, and encourage the Body of Christ."
