At Destiny Ministries, we are committed to teaching and living according to the inspired Word of God. Our beliefs are rooted in Scripture and centered on the Lord Jesus Christ. While we hold these biblical truths with conviction, our desire is not to create division but to point people toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through sound doctrine, love, grace, and truth.

The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Scripture is God's complete revelation concerning salvation, Christian faith, and daily living.

God

​

We believe there is one true and living God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three Persons, yet one God.

Jesus Christ

​

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, He lived a sinless life, died as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now serves as our High Priest and Advocate before the Father.

Salvation

​

We believe salvation is the free gift of God's grace, received through faith alone in Jesus Christ. Salvation cannot be earned by human effort but is made possible through the atoning death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The Blood of Jesus Christ

We believe the shed blood of Jesus Christ provides forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God, victory over the power of sin, and freedom from spiritual bondage.

The Holy Spirit

We believe every believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit at salvation. We also believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which empowers believers for Christian living and ministry. We affirm the operation of the gifts of the Spirit according to Scripture and believe the evidence of the Holy Spirit's work is a transformed life that produces the fruit of the Spirit.

Water Baptism

​

We believe water baptism by immersion is an act of obedience following salvation and publicly identifies the believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Communion

​

We believe the Lord's Supper is a sacred ordinance established by Jesus Christ in remembrance of His sacrificial death. Believers are encouraged to partake with reverence, self-examination, and gratitude until Christ returns.

Worship

​

We believe God alone is worthy of worship. Worship should be offered in spirit and in truth and may be expressed through prayer, singing, praise, thanksgiving, giving, and other biblical expressions of worship.

Divine Healing

​

We believe God is able to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually according to His sovereign will. We pray in faith, trusting God as our Healer and Deliverer.

Christian Stewardship

​

We believe believers are called to honor God through faithful stewardship of their time, talents, and resources. This includes generous giving, caring for those in need, and supporting the work of the Kingdom.

The Return of Christ

​

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, eternal life for those who belong to Christ, and eternal judgment for those who reject Him.

Our Commitment

We hold these biblical truths with conviction while recognizing that people come from many different backgrounds and traditions. Our desire is not to engage in unnecessary doctrinal disputes but to faithfully proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples, strengthen believers, and minister with grace, truth, compassion, and love.

We believe our unity is found not in complete agreement on every secondary doctrine, but in our shared faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Therefore, we seek to edify, educate, and equip for destiny, always pointing people to Christ, who is the foundation of our faith and the hope of the world.
